Programs and Tuition
The class size is 15 – 16 children per class. Each class has a teacher and two to three parent aides, which makes our school one of very few to have an adult to child ratio of 1 to 5.
The school year, including holidays, corresponds with that of Glendale and/or La Canada Unified School District (September – June). All children must be toilet trained. Every effort is made to balance classes according to gender.
Darling Ducklings (Ages 2½–4)
Little hands, big curiosity!
Our Darling Ducklings explore the world through play! Ages 2½–4 engage in sensory activities, art, music, and storytelling, all while building confidence, friendships, and independence in a cozy, community-focused co-op environment.
Play-based exploration
Hands-on discovery through sensory, messy, and imaginative play.

Sharing, empathy, and cooperation in a nurturing setting.
Early communication & vocabulary
Songs, stories, and conversation that build early language.
Fine motor development

Busy Bears (Ages 4–5, TK-Equivalent)
Playful, purposeful, and ready for Kinder!
Busy Bears are learning, playing, and growing together while preparing for kindergarten. Ages 4–5 practice early literacy, counting, letter recognition, problem-solving, fine motor skills, and social-emotional growth—all in a warm, collaborative co-op community.
Early literacy

Cutting, writing, drawing, manipulating materials.

An optional 1-hour Lunch Bunch is offered each day for an additional fee.
Tuition is paid in 10 installments. CCNS offers a 10% sibling discount.
A relaxed 12–1pm social hour right after class... bring a lunch and let the fun continue! Offered most days for an additional fee.
