At CCNS, kindergarten readiness goes far beyond learning letters and numbers. Busy Bears class and TK (Transitional Kindergarten) both serve children in the year before Kindergarten, but they offer different experiences. While TK follows a more structured school-district framework, Busy Bears offers small class sizes, a play-based curriculum, and a warm cooperative environment built on parent involvement. Through hands-on exploration and play, our students build early literacy, math concepts, and fine motor skills. For many families, Busy Bears is the perfect bridge, building real kindergarten-readiness skills while still honoring the magic of early childhood.
